Guerneville.....
is located approximately 70 miles North of San Francisco,
in the heart of the Northern California wine country. Guerneville
is a preferred place to live due to it location, climate
and small town feeling. It's close to the fun things in
Sonoma County.....
Just north is Armstrong Woods and the beautiful old growth
redwood grove. Where some of the largest redwood trees in
the world live.
West is the Sonoma coast, east to Santa Rosa and Sonoma,
South to Forestville, Graton and Sebastopol and yet it is
surrounded by open country, redwoods, and some of the most
beautiful and famous wineries and vineyards in the world,
like Korbel winery.
Guerneville is located right
on the Russian River, it has private beaches, redwoods and
lots of wide open spaces to explore. About 20 miles West
is the northern California coastline , at Jenner beach where
the Russian River empties into the pacific ocean
Guereneville and the Russian
River is a favorite tourist location during the summer,
where the main attraction is the clear, clean water of the
Russian River, Guerneville gets lots of rain in winter,
and the Russian River does flood accasionally, but the residents
of Guerenville are use to it, and have always managed to
survive the mighty Russian River.
